It is important to understand Phase One below as that is the key to understanding the functionality of the program. Every Agent passes through Phase One and the other phases.
Phase One: You will receive $60
You Sponsored 2 Level One Agents
The 2 Level One Agents each should sponsor 2 Level One Agents in order to fill your Matrix board.
It becomes: 2 + 4 = 6. The 2 you sponsored and the 4 those 2 sponsored. You are then elevated to a Gold Agent
Phase Two: You will receive $140
Just as you became a Gold Agent, so also the 6 agents in your matrix board will become Gold Agents when their matrix board is filled. Look at Phase One again to see how the 6 agents will become Gold Agents. When the 6 of them become Gold Agents, you are then elevated again to become a Diamond Agent.
Phase Three: You will receive $1025
Just as you became a Diamond Agent, so also the 6 agents in your matrix board will become Diamond Agents in order to elevate you again. When the 6 of them become Diamond Agents, you are then elevated again to become a Platinum Agent.
Phase Four: You will receive $8,250
Just as you became a Platinum Agent, so also the 6 agents in your matrix board will become Platinum Agents in order to elevate you again. When the 6 of them become Platinum Agents, you are then elevated again. This time you cycle out and receive: $8,250 At this stage, those 6 agents in your matrix board are waiting for those in their matrix board to become Platinum Agents in order for them to also cycle out and receive their $8,250

If you are a Gold Agent = $12.50
